The position

To contribute to our growth, our company is recruiting experts in real estate valuation, both newly qualified and experienced.

Within our company’s operations, this position involves on-site real estate appraisal, and your assignments include:

• Handling requests
• Organisation and preparation of your on-site evaluation assignments
• Appraisal of the property that is the subject of the assignment and valuation of the price
• Drafting an appraisal report

Candidate Profile

M/F, passionate about the real estate profession. You enjoy team work and you work well with others, you are organised, rigorous, and highly adaptable.

• You are a beginner but work in the real estate field. You are interested in a career in real estate valuation. Your credentials include a university-level diploma specifically related to real estate, along with some years of practice in the disciplines concerned (technical diploma in real estate professions with 4/5 years of experience. Bac +4/5 with 2 years of experience).
• You are mid-level in the field – Junior – and have at least 1 year of experience in real estate valuation. You are a young person with an upper level diploma with "expertise in real estate valuation" (Master 2 Appraisal, ICH module on appraisal, ESSEC Business School, ESI, ...).
• Senior-level, you have more than 7 years of practice in the real estate field, with at least 4 in the real estate valuation appraisal business (legal expert, notary clerk, real estate and agriculture expert, etc.).

Required skills

You are fully familiar with the Pack Office for Windows 7 and 8.

You have a B driving licence and are able to travel.

The position

Our company is recruiting Land Registration Analysts, at the beginning or the experienced level.

Position based at the headquarters: Montbazon (37)

This position requires:

• Handling requests
• Analysis of mortgage statements (BIA & FIDJI)
• Drafting an analytical report

Candidate profile

M/F, interested in the professional activity of the Land Registration. You are team-oriented and analytical, capable of producing a well-organised and rigorous synthesis of information.

• You are early in your career and work in an area related to real estate. You are interested in a career as an analyst in the Land Registration service. In terms of credentials, you possess an advanced technical degree in “Notary Work” or “Real Estate” with years of practice in the related disciplines (BTS with 4/5 years of experience).
• You are mid-range in your career – Junior – and have at least 1 year of experience in the area of Notary work (formal procedures clerk, clerk in charge of drafting deeds, notary legal secretary). You are a young graduate of the Notary School (Master 1 Probate Law track).
• Senior level in your career, with more than 7 years of practice in the Notary profession (Master 2 Notation Private Law specialised in Notary Law, diploma of aptitude for Notary training).

Competencies required

You have expert knowledge of Pack Office for Windows 7 and 8.
